The March 31 CBD Steering Committee has been postponed. As we approach our target to advance to Phase 2, we need some time to tabulate survey results and finalize plans for funding Phase 2, as well as the Urban Solutions project, etc. Out of respect for Steering Committee members' valuable time, I felt that it would be more productive to discuss the next steps at a later date, to be announced. —Sincerely, David Overdorf, Chair

Local Initiatives Support Corp. will play host to more than 500 community development practitioners from urban communities across the nation. The conference will have keynote presentations by internationally respected community development experts, and there will be leadership workshops and sessions covering sucessful strategies and techniques for commercial district revitalization.
